Booking should feel effortless for both sides
The Scheduler is an online booking platform for independent professionals and the organisations they work in — clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, therapists, lawyers, stylists, coaches and tutors.
Our mission
Why it exists
Booking an appointment still means phone tag, missed calls and a double-booked afternoon. We built The Scheduler to take that back-and-forth out: clients see the times that are really free and book in a few taps.
Professionals get a calendar that protects their time, a client record that builds itself, and — for healthcare — the tools a consultation actually needs. Organisations get a team, branches, a pharmacy and a laboratory, each behind the right role.

What we hold ourselves to
Referrals are never paid
A referral carries no fee and no commission, ever.
Your data stays yours
Strict per-tenant isolation (tested), an append-only audit log, and client data export on request.
Truthful, always
No invented statistics, customer counts or testimonials. What is not built yet is labelled “planned”.
The right tools for the right people
A solo professional never wades through pharmacy, stock or branch tools; an organisation gets them through roles.
Calm communication
Confirmations and reminders go out by e-mail, with add-to-calendar links — no noisy messaging.
