Frequently asked questions

Find a professional with “Find & book”, pick a service and a time, and confirm. You don't need an account — you'll get an e-mail with a private link to view or cancel your booking.
Yes. Signed-in clients can do it from their portal; guests use the private link in their e-mail. Some professionals set a cut-off (for example, 24 hours before) — after that you'll be asked to contact them directly.
Availability is calculated on the server from the professional's hours, time off and existing bookings, and the database refuses any overlap. A slot you pick is also held for five minutes while you fill in your details.
The professional's own timezone, stated on the page. If your device is in a different timezone we say so.
One flat plan — ₹100/month in India, $10/month everywhere else. No per-booking fees, no setup cost, cancel any time. See Pricing.
Yes. An organization owner invites colleagues by e-mail, chooses their role, and sees a team calendar, all appointments and reports.
Yes — clients can pay deposits and fees online at booking (Razorpay), and you can record payments taken in person too.
Confirmations and changes are sent by e-mail. Reminders before an appointment are e-mailed too; SMS is planned.
We store what's needed to run bookings: account details, appointments, and client contact information you or your clients provide. Providers can export their client list at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Individual doctors get prescriptions, referrals, consent forms and a queue. Organisations add a team with roles, a pharmacy with stock, a laboratory, attendance and visiting doctors. A solo professional does not get the organisation tools.
No. Referrals never carry a fee or commission, and search results are never influenced by anyone paying.
